Our Conference will take place on the 8th & 9th April 2026 at the University of East London.

To enhance this event, we require relevant, scholarly research papers. We would be delighted to include your contribution in the esteemed list of contributions as we believe that your expertise is pertinent to this conference.

The subjects of focus pertain to the dimensions of perspectives on cross-border growth, digital marketing, and online commerce in the future and how seamless integrations are aiding businesses to stay ahead of the competition and the challenges faced by the businesses in ASIA and MENA to operate and be part of international trade/ e-commerce.

The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format and needs to comply with the following criteria: minimum 1,500 to maximum 10,000 words (excluding references). Can be any form of research (empirical, case-study, etc.) Can also be a literature review, systematic review paper, etc.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through the official event website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. We accept all major credit cards.

 

Event Changes

The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or venue without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible.

 

 

Refunds Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

 

a) Event Cancellation by SSEF

If SSEF Services Limited cancels or discontinues an event before it begins, clients will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit.

 

b) Visa Refusal (International Delegates)

A refund (less an administrative charge of £350) will be issued if:

The delegate’s UK visa application is refused; and

The delegate provides an official visa refusal letter from UKVI.

Refunds will be payable within the 28 working days of SSEF Services Limited being notified

No refund OR partial refund will be given if the visa refusal results from the client/ delegate/ exhibitor’s false documentation, breach of immigration rules, or failure to attend a visa interview.

 

c) Withdrawal Before Event Commencement

If a client withdraws at least four (4) weeks before the event start date, 50% of ALL fees (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Withdrawals within four (4) weeks of the start date are NOT eligible for a refund.

 

d) Withdrawal After Event Commencement

Once an event has begun, no fees will be refunded under normal circumstances.

In exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness, bereavement, or other compassionate grounds), SSEF Services may approve a partial refund or credit upon submission of appropriate evidence.

 

Liability

The Organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the individual.

 

Photography and Videography

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. The footage may be used for promotional purposes.

 

 

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any individual for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
